Frizzoka is published by ENCODEERA SRL (Romania), which is responsible for the data described here. Contact: support@encodeera.co.

What we keep

  • An anonymous account (Firebase Authentication), made at the first start, so your hero is saved.
  • Your hero: level, round, things, what is in the bag, coins, what is on your stall and what you sold.
  • Your name in the game: made from the account's number, for example Kael #1234. Nobody types anything others read.
  • Boards and profile: name, level, power, round, what you wear and glory. Other players can see them.
  • Friends: who you are friends with, through your link.
  • If you save your account with Apple or Google: that account's identifier and what the provider gives, only to bring your hero back on another phone.
  • If you turn on notifications: the phone's notification token, your language, time zone and which notifications you want.
  • Purchases: the transaction number, the product, the date and what it brought.
  • The game's statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase): what you do in the game, such as the screens you open, the camps you free, the blows at the Smith, what you buy and sell, and how smoothly the game runs on your phone. They come with your account's identifier, the phone's model, the system's version and your country, worked out from your IP address, which Google does not keep. We do not take the phone's advertising ID and use none of it for ads. You can turn them off in Settings. We copy them to Google BigQuery, in the European Union, to read them.
  • Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics): when the game stops by itself, what the code was doing at that moment, the screen you were on, the phone's model and the system's version, with your account's identifier, so we can fix it.

What we do not do

We have no ads, do not track what you do in other apps and do not sell data. We never see your card: payments go through the App Store or Google Play.

Why

To give you the game (our contract with you): account, hero, boards, friends, purchases. To keep the game fair (our legitimate interest): the server checks what the phone sends. To make the game better (also our legitimate interest): the statistics, which you can turn off at any time in Settings, and crash reports. Notifications only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who helps us

Google Firebase (database and functions, in the europe-west1 region, Belgium), Apple and Google (payments, sign-in, notifications). Some may process data outside the EEA, with the safeguards the law asks for.

How long

While you have your account. Statistics, 14 months; crash reports, 90 days. The record of purchases stays, with no name on it, for as long as the law asks. After you delete your account, only a mark with no name that it was deleted stays, for two hours, so that an older sign-in cannot make it again.

Deleting

In the game: Settings, Delete account. Without the game: the deletion page.

Your rights

You may ask what data we hold, correct it, delete it, get it in a format you can take elsewhere, object to its use and withdraw consent. Write to support@encodeera.co. You may complain to the Romanian authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

Age

The game is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
