Delete your account

In the game, right away

1. 1.Open the game and tap Settings (the gear).
2. 2.Tap Delete account and confirm.

The account is deleted at once, and the game starts again as for a new player. It cannot be undone.

Without the game, by e-mail

Write to support@encodeera.co, with the subject “Delete my account”, and give your hero's name in the game, as it shows on the boards (for example Kael #1234). If you saved your account with Apple or Google, write from that account's address. We delete within 30 days at most.

What is deleted

Your hero, things, stalls, places on the boards, friends, notification token and the account.

What is kept

The record of purchases, with no name on it, for as long as the law asks. What other players bought from you stays theirs. For two hours a mark that the account was deleted stays too, with no name on it (a fingerprint of its number, from which the number cannot be found again), so that an older sign-in cannot make it again.
