You get a personal, non-transferable right to play Frizzoka. The game, its characters, maps and music remain ENCODEERA SRL's and those who made them (see Settings, About the game).
Coins and things in the game
Gold, Obsidian and things in the game are a right to use them in the game, not money and not property. Nothing in the game pays back in money, and nothing can be traded for money outside the game. Everything can also be had without money, by playing longer.
The Smith
At the Smith a blow may succeed or not, and from a certain plus a thing can be lost. The odds are written on the screen before you strike. What broke does not come back.
Purchases
Payments go through the App Store or Google Play, and refunds follow their rules. A refund takes back what the purchase brought. The Month's Card is paid once and does not renew. By buying you ask for the gold to be given at once, and from that moment the right of withdrawal is lost for what you have already received.
Fair play
Do not modify the game, automate it or sell accounts, things or coins for money. We may put right what is not possible and close accounts that break these rules.
No guarantees
The game changes along the way: numbers, prices, content. We give it as it is, within the limits of the law.
